The Franciacorta Outlet Village is a retail center, located in the east of Milan, near Brescia.
The design theme pursued, in continuity with the previous phases, was that of the historic village, for this reason the reinterpretation of the main architectural elements of the city such as the tower, the covered gallery, the baptistery, and town hall went to recreate a small urban village.
A distinctive element is the luxurious gallery with metal and glass covering, which recalls the 19th century city galleries and connects the various commercial areas.
The overall project involved the construction of 30 retail units spread over approximately 5,000 square meters of SLP (total gross area), which lead the Franciacorta outlet village to exceed 38,000 square meters and almost 200 stores.
