HT Tower is a 25-storey luxury residential development located in the heart of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The project is defined by a simple and elegant architectural volume, animated by an irregular external frame that gives the tower a distinctive identity while responding to the local climate and urban context.

The façade system wraps the continuous loggias that run around the perimeter of the building, creating depth and variation across the elevations. Beyond its visual role, this architectural layer also provides effective shading for the interior spaces, improving comfort and reducing direct solar exposure.

The residential programme offers a range of different living solutions, including duplex apartments, multiple unit typologies and penthouses located on the upper floors. Particular attention is given to the position of the living areas, which are placed on the corners of the tower to maximize natural light and panoramic views across Phnom Penh. This configuration creates bright and generous interiors with a strong visual connection to the city. The result is a contemporary residential tower where architectural expression, environmental performance and quality of living are closely integrated.
