PP Village, Phnom Penh Luxury Lifestyle Village, is conceived as Cambodia’s first international outlet destination, bringing together more than 130 brands across fashion, accessories, jewellery, home, beauty and lifestyle within a distinctive architectural setting. Designed as more than a retail centre, the project combines shopping, dining and leisure to create a complete destination experience for both local and international visitors.

The concept draws inspiration from the character of historic Italian cities, reinterpreting familiar urban elements such as towers, covered galleries, civic buildings and public squares through a contemporary architectural language. These references give the development a recognizable identity while organizing the different commercial areas into a sequence of streets, spaces and landmarks.

One of the defining features is the system of elegant covered galleries, inspired by the great 19th-century European arcades. These spaces connect the different retail zones while providing continuity, comfort and a strong sense of place. Together with restaurants and the large Food Village, the project creates a vibrant environment where retail, hospitality and architecture combine in a coherent and memorable destination.
