The new LUTECH Group Headquarters in Cinisello Balsamo, just outside Milan, brings together most of the company’s offices within a single 12,000-square-metre workplace distributed across five floors. The project was conceived to support a new hybrid working model, combining individual workstations with a wide range of shared, collaborative and informal spaces.

Approximately 1,000 flexible workstations are complemented by common areas occupying around 30% of the total surface. The programme includes 50 meeting and collaboration spaces equipped with advanced Cisco technologies, together with dedicated areas designed to encourage spontaneous interaction and exchange.

At the heart of the concept are five informal “agora” spaces, characterized by vegetation, outdoor-inspired furniture and a strong presence of green elements. These areas create a more open and relaxed working environment while reflecting the Group’s commitment to environmental and social sustainability. The headquarters is therefore conceived not simply as an office, but as a flexible ecosystem that encourages collaboration, communication and a stronger sense of community among employees, partners and clients.
