Capo Mimosa Resort is a hospitality redevelopment located in one of the most scenic areas of the western Italian Riviera, on a six-hectare site overlooking the sea and set within a natural inlet with direct access to the beach. The project transforms an existing camping facility into a high-quality tourist destination conceived around landscape, privacy and a close relationship with the Mediterranean setting.

The programme includes a luxury hotel with 90 independent units, a spa with swimming pool and a restaurant. The architectural strategy is based on minimizing the visual impact of the new development and integrating the buildings as naturally as possible into the surrounding terrain.

The spa and restaurant are embedded within a landscaped green peninsula, allowing the architecture to become almost invisible from key viewpoints and reinforcing the continuity of the natural environment. Following an initial technical design phase, SOLIDS was appointed for the Art Direction of the project, developing and controlling the final architectural image of the intervention. The result is a resort concept in which hospitality, landscape and architecture are closely connected, with the natural setting becoming the defining element of the guest experience.
