The LUTECH Group, a leading Italian company in ICT services and solutions, has gathered most of its offices in a single office complex in Cinisello Balsamo, just outside Milan.
Spreading over 5 floors with a total area of 12,000 square meters, the Headquarters was conceived with the aim of creating the perfect environment for the hybrid working model of the future.
A thousand workstations are available in turn for employees and collaborators, in addition to numerous shared spaces spread over 30% of the total area.
Particularly, 50 areas for meetings and reunions were designed, equipped with the latest Cisco technologies, as well as places for spontaneous aggregation.
In this way, the new headquarters always becomes an environment open to dialogue with all business interlocutors in the innovation chain, from vendor partners to customers.
Furthermore, the five areas for spontaneous interaction have been designed as real agora with a strong presence of vegetation, outdoor furniture, and green tones to represent the adhesion to an environmental and social sustainability model that the Group intends to spread.
