Located in one of the most evocative areas of the west Italian Riviera, the Capo Mimosa project stands in an area overlooking the sea, inside an enchanting inlet with direct access to the beach.

The area, approximately six hectares currently occupied by a camping facility, will be redeveloped and transformed into a high-quality tourist complex consisting of a luxury hotel with ninety independent units, Spa with a swimming pool, and a restaurant.

The intervention has as its objective the integration of buildings with respect for the landscape. The spa and restaurant spaces are set inside a green peninsula, becoming practically invisible within the natural environment.

Following a more technical first design phase, SOLIDS was involved in the art direction to develop and control the final image of the intervention.
