Located in the north-west of Milan, Montefeltro Office Village is a redevelopment project commissioned by Kryalos SGR, on behalf of the Poseidon real estate fund, with Enhub acting as project manager. The intervention was conceived to strengthen the identity and recognizability of the existing office complex, improving its visibility from the nearby motorway and enhancing its overall commercial attractiveness.

The project combines a complete restyling of the façades with a new interior design concept for the common areas and a redesigned landscape for the central courtyard. Together, these interventions create a more contemporary and cohesive workplace environment while giving the entire complex a renewed architectural character.

The defining element is a new external screen composed of triangular glazed modules alternating with perforated metal panels. Applied to the existing buildings, this system creates depth, rhythm and a distinctive visual identity. More than a simple façade renovation, the project transforms the perception of the complex and gives Montefeltro Office Village a stronger presence within Milan’s urban and infrastructural context.
