Le Residenze di Busto is a new residential development in Busto Arsizio, near Milan, conceived as a contemporary living environment where architecture, landscape and quality of life are closely integrated. The project introduces two seven-storey residential buildings within a predominantly residential urban context, replacing the impact of a single taller volume with a more balanced and articulated composition.

The two buildings are positioned to maximize distance, privacy and open views, while generous landscaped areas create a continuous green setting around the residences. Particular attention has been given to the orientation of the apartments, with living spaces primarily facing south and west to benefit from natural light and a stronger connection with the surrounding landscape. Open pilotis areas and shared residential functions characterize the ground floor, while private parking and ancillary spaces are located below ground.

The project also improves the relationship with the wider neighbourhood through new planted areas, pedestrian and cycle connections and additional public parking. Energy efficiency, renewable sources and reduced environmental impact complete a design approach focused on contemporary comfort, environmental quality and long-term residential value.
