The redesign of the main square at Franciacorta Village, part of the Land of Fashion Villages network, transforms the central space of the retail destination into a more recognizable, attractive and socially active public environment. Previously lacking a distinctive feature despite its strategic position, the square becomes a key element in improving the overall visitor experience.

The project introduces a series of thematic areas dedicated to leisure, socializing and food, using landscape and furniture to create a more varied sequence of spaces. A new flooring design emphasizes the principal routes through the square, while trees placed along the existing arcade establish rhythm and help guide pedestrian circulation. A redesigned fountain and dynamic lighting projections add further identity to the space.

At the centre, the Food Court is structured by semicircular landscaped areas that break down the scale of the square and create more intimate settings between bars and restaurants. The intervention combines public space, greenery, lighting and hospitality functions to give Franciacorta Village a stronger architectural heart, reinforcing its role within the wider Land of Fashion Villages destination network.
