SOLIDS presents CORE Tower, a proposal for a 24-storey mixed-use building in Milan.
The programme combines ground-floor retail with aparthotel accommodation, student housing and coworking spaces. A bistro, rooftop sky bar and restaurant complete a mix of uses designed to coexist within one building.
Environmental sustainability, spatial flexibility and sensitivity to the urban context shape the proposal. The project explores how a mix of complementary uses can respond to different ways of living and working.
