The refurbishment of the public restrooms at Fidenza Village, part of The Bicester Collection, reinterprets a typically functional space as an integral part of the overall luxury retail experience. The project was conceived to create a more comfortable, intimate and refined environment, introducing a sense of wellbeing while maintaining the durability and efficiency required for a high-traffic public setting.

The concept is entirely custom-designed, with materials, finishes and technical details developed specifically for the space. Traditional elements such as marble, brass and moulded glass are combined with more contemporary surfaces, including soft-touch laminates and technologically advanced systems, creating a balance between familiarity and innovation.

Rather than treating the restroom as a secondary service area, the design gives it a clear architectural identity and a stronger relationship with the quality of Fidenza Village as a whole. The result is a sophisticated and highly functional environment in which comfort, material quality and attention to detail contribute to a more complete and consistent visitor experience within one of The Bicester Collection’s European shopping destinations.
